KATIE
Katie has devoted over ten years to her personal yoga practice and began teaching in 2016. She discovered yoga as a valuable addition to her long-distance running routine, blending strength and mobility in her classes. With a strong emphasis on promoting sustained movement in the body, she structures her flows to gradually lead students to more advanced poses in a nurturing environment.
